I understand that dirt biking comes with its own set of risks, including but not limited to road hazards, equipment malfunction, unpredictable weather, and other uncontrollable factors. Knowing these, I voluntarily decide to engage in this activity, fully accepting and assuming responsibility for any potential injuries, loss of life, or damage to personal belongings that may arise from my participation.
SKILL ASSESSMENT AND BIKE ALLOCATION
At Bali Enduro Tour, your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. Therefore, we’ll need to check your riding skills before you start. If we find that the bike you’ve chosen is too powerful for your experience level, we’ll pick a different one that suits you better. Please understand that if we need to switch your bike, we won’t be able to offer a discount or refund for the change. By accepting our terms, you’re okay with this approach, which helps us keep everyone safe and having fun.
I AM IN GOOD MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH
Before making a reservation, I confirm that I am both mentally and physically fit and have the necessary skills and experience for dirt biking. I understand that Bali Enduro Tour provides safety gear and helmets, and choosing to use them is up to me. If I opt not to wear this protective gear, I acknowledge and accept the increased risk of injury.
I hereby absolve Bali Enduro Tour, including its staff, employees, and agents, of any responsibility for any claims or damages resulting from accidents or negligence related to dirt biking activities. I am aware that the tour price does not include third-party insurance, and I agree to pay all fees in full prior to participation.
By booking with Bali Enduro Tour, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver and release. I release Bali Enduro Tour from any claims for injuries, damage to my property, or death that may occur during the tour, whether due to negligence or any other cause.

KEEP BALI CLEAN AND GREEN
After the tour, you can choose to give $5 to your tour guide. This donation helps with ongoing efforts to clean up trash in the local villages and supports teaching the community about protecting the environment.
I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE WAIVER AND RELEASE STATEMENT. BY PROCEEDING WITH A BOOKING, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO RELEASE BALI ENDURO TOUR FROM ANY LIABILITY FOR INJURIES, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR LOSS OF LIFE THAT MIGHT OCCUR, WHETHER DUE TO NEGLIGENCE OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your Bali Enduro Tour tour at any time before the scheduled riding day. However, depending on when you cancel, a cancellation fee will be charged. To cancel, you need to send a written notice to Bali Enduro Tour. The policy on cancellations will start from the day we receive your notice.
If you cancel your booking 7 days or less before the ride, you’ll be charged 50% of the tour price, which is non-refundable.
If you cancel within 1 day before the ride, the charge will be 100% of the tour price, also non-refundable.
REFUNDS ARE USUALLY GIVEN IN CASH. IN SPECIAL CASES, WE MIGHT AGREE TO A BANK TRANSFER, BUT PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THESE CAN TAKE 7-10 WORKING DAYS TO PROCESS.
IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING MORE THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED RIDE, YOU WON'T HAVE TO PAY ANY CANCELLATION FEES.

PAYMENT POLICY AND BOOKING CANCELLATION BY BALI ENDURO TOUR
Bali Enduro Tour may cancel any booking if the payment policy is not followed. This includes making payments by the deadlines we set. For bookings made at the last minute (book today, ride tomorrow), payment must be made by 7:30 PM on the booking day. If this deadline is not met, the booking will be automatically cancelled. The details of these terms will be clearly outlined in the confirmation email for last-minute bookings.
